The exes did not have a prenuptial agreement, which means Rossdale and Stefani are each entitled to half of all income and assets acquired during their marriage. However, a source stated that Rossdale agreed to take less than what he was legally entitled.
When it came to the couple’s three children, Kingston (9), Zuma (7), and Apollo (2), however, Stefani and Rossdale agreed to share custody on a 50-50 basis. However, due to Stefani’s aggressive touring schedule, it’s quite possible that Rossdale will end up with the kids for more than 50% of the time.

Even though Stefani is the majority breadwinner Rossdale is not asking for child support.
The rocker couple had been together for 13 years before divorcing. As to the cause of the split, Rossdale had reportedly been cheating on Stefani with their nanny for several years.
Stefani has since moved on, and has been seeing her The Voice co-judge Blake Shelton since at least November of last year, just mere months after she filed for divorce with Rossdale.
On April 1, rumors flew that Stefani was pregnant with Shelton’s child because the singer posted a photo of an ultrasound on Instagram. No word ever came about whether or not this was an April Fools’ Day prank, but given that engagement rumors have also been swirling, Shelton and Stefani seem to be in a pretty good place with each other.
Stefani may have moved on, but that doesn’t mean she’s completely over Rossdale. “It’s still painful. I’m looking at the pieces and going, ‘What is happening?'” she said. “There’s so many great things, but it’s still super-hard to have your family break up. What do you do after that?”
