Turns out the whole situation was much more lighthearted than that. The country star was in the midst of a meet and greet when she was approached by a 6-year-old boy named Sebastian. Sebastian got down on one knee and gave Lambert a pink ring to wear.
The “Somethin’ Bad” singer told the tale while she was on stage.

“There’s a little 6-year-old boy somewhere here named Sebastian,” she revealed. “He asked me to marry him and I said, ‘Yes, in 25 years.'” She showed off the ring and said, “It may be my favorite proposal ever.” Too bad, so sad, Blake Shelton.
She also posted a photo of the too-cute event on Instagram:

The proposal ended up being the work of several people helping Sebastian make his dream come true. His mother agreed to take him to the concert to see her live, but she had no way of getting in close proximity.
Thankfully, another fan named Sarah Goddard stepped in. Goddard had a ticket to the meet and greet and claimed that Sebastian was her son. That’s when the magic happened.
Goddard told People, “He bought the ring himself…his mom said he’s been holding on to it since Christmas, waiting for an opportunity to propose to Miranda.”
