Dave Grohl and The Foo Fighters kicked off their highly anticipated “Sonic Highways” tour in Latin America just a few days ago.
During a stop in Chile the crowd was SO enthusiastic that they started singing Foo Figher songs before the band could even play them.
Grohl’s high energy antics got the crowd even more pumped up and they started chanting “Ole Ole Ole“, a popular soccer chant in Spain and Latin America.
Not to be be outdone, Grohl started riffing to a couple of chords, the rest of the band kicked in and a punk rock version “Ole Ole Ole” as born on the spot. In Grohl’s words, “There you have it, a new Foo Fighters song!”
Punk rock’s definitely gonna live on forever on in Chile!
